Property Viewing Day in Panama
A guided day to see neighborhoods and properties in person, planned around what you want to buy, rent or invest in. Price quoted per group.
What the day includes
A planning call first
Before the day, we talk through your goals: a home to live in, a second home, a rental, a commercial space or land. We use that to choose which areas and properties are worth your time.
Neighborhood tour
We drive through the areas that fit your list, for example the Cinta Costera, Punta Pacífica and Costa del Este, older neighborhoods and quieter suburbs, or Pacific beach and mountain towns such as El Valle de Antón. You see traffic, noise, services and day-to-day life, not just the building.
Property viewings
We arrange viewings of properties that match your brief, subject to each owner or building being available on your date. Our team includes a licensed Panama real estate broker. We cannot promise a particular listing will be available or suitable.
Questions to ask on site
We point out what to check: maintenance fees and reserve funds in buildings, whether short-term rentals are allowed, title type, access, and what a property might cost to keep. See our real estate overview for the basics of buying as a foreigner.
Lunch and a debrief
We plan a lunch stop and time at the end of the day to compare what you saw and decide what to look at next.

Not included
Flights, hotels and travel insurance. Meals, tips and any transport outside the plan we quote. Legal advice, a title search, an attorney, financing or the cost of any purchase. This day is a viewing tour, not a commitment to buy, and it is not legal, tax or investment advice. If it is not detailed in your quote, it is not included.

- Send us your trip details with the form below, or email us at info@bizpanama.com. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +507 6939-6859. Tell us your dates, group size, the type of property and the areas you have in mind.
- We reply within 24 hours with a plan and a price for your group.
- If you would like to proceed, a $100 deposit reserves your date. It is credited to the total we quote you, and the full balance is due the day before the tour.
Tell us about your trip
Weather, traffic and each owner's availability can change plans. If that happens, we will work with you to adjust the itinerary.
