What the day includes
A coffee farm
Boquete sits below Volcán Barú, among coffee farms, rivers and cloud forest. We can plan a visit to a working farm with a tasting of the local coffee, including the well-known Geisha variety. These tours usually run 2 to 4 hours.
Choose your pace
After the coffee, most groups add one or two more things: a walk through town, the Caldera mineral pools (about 20 minutes from town), a short guided walk in the forest, or a quiet afternoon with mountain views. Longer outings such as the Quetzal Trail or the climb of Volcán Barú are days of their own and are done with a local guide.
